Camden County Court Dockets
A docket is the court's chronological event log. In Camden County, a docket may list the filing date, case number, party names, judge, hearing dates, motions, notices, orders, continuances, disposition entries, cost entries, and public warrant or failure-to-appear notes when those events are part of an open case. It is useful for checking whether a case is pending, disposed, continued, set for hearing, or waiting on an order.
The docket is narrower than the full record. A docket entry may say that a motion was filed, but the motion itself may not be viewable online. A docket may list a judgment, but a certified judgment copy comes from the Circuit Clerk. A docket may show that a hearing is scheduled, but courtroom changes and same-day updates should be confirmed with the court when timing matters.
Find Camden County Dockets Online
Missouri Case.net is the main public online source for Camden County Circuit Court docket information. For court dates, use the scheduled hearings and trials search when that is the known question. For a known case, search by case number or party name, then open the case detail to read the docket entries and hearing history.
- Open Case.net in a browser.
- Select Scheduled Hearings & Trials for a date search, or use litigant name or case number for a known file.
- Limit the location to Camden County or the 26th Judicial Circuit when the filter is available.
- Open the matching case and review the docket event list, hearing fields, status, and public disposition entries.
- If the docket does not answer the question, call the Camden County Circuit Clerk at 573-317-3900.
Case.net was not available for automated sample inspection during research because the Missouri Judiciary blocks scraper-style access. Public users should still use the portal directly in a browser. If a docket cannot be found, check spelling, search by case number, widen the date range, and consider whether the matter belongs to a city municipal court.
Camden County Docket Entry Fields
The research file did not include a captured Camden County sample docket because of the Case.net access block. The field inventory below is based on the public court-record fields identified for Camden County and the docket functions documented in the research. It should be read as the type of data a public docket may show, not a promise that each entry will include each field.

Courts With Camden County Dockets
Camden County's state trial-court records are centered in the Circuit Court and the 26th Judicial Circuit. The county elected-officials page lists judges at the Court Circle campus, and the Circuit Clerk page states that the office covers civil, criminal, probate, juvenile, municipal, small claims, and protection-order divisions. That makes the Circuit Clerk the local contact for docket questions across several case types.
| Court or Office | Role | Phone |
|---|---|---|
| Camden County Circuit Court | Primary trial court for Camden County and the 26th Judicial Circuit. | 573-346-5160 |
| Circuit Clerk Kayla Henry | Clerk for civil, criminal, probate, juvenile, municipal, small claims, and protection-order records. | 573-317-3900 |
| Associate Circuit divisions | High-volume trial matters such as preliminary criminal, small claims, landlord-tenant, traffic, and assigned matters. | 573-346-5160 |
| Municipal courts | City ordinance, local traffic, and municipal bench-warrant matters that may not sit in a Circuit Court docket. | Check the city court named on the citation. |
Docket vs Full Case Record
Dockets are good for status checks. Full case records are better for legal review, certified copies, and document-level detail. A person trying to confirm a hearing may only need the docket. A person trying to review a motion, order, certified judgment, probate filing, or sentence should expect to work with the Circuit Clerk.
| Docket | Full Case Record | |
|---|---|---|
| Format | Chronological event list. | Documents, filings, orders, and docket history. |
| Typical Use | Track case progress, court dates, and outcome entries. | Review pleadings, certified orders, judgments, and complete court files. |
| Access | Often available through Case.net if public. | May require clerk contact, copy fees, or restricted-access review. |
| Limits | May summarize an event without showing the document. | May include sealed, redacted, or nonpublic material. |
Read Camden County Docket Entries
Docket terms are short because the docket is built for case management. "Disposition" means the outcome of a charge, claim, or case. "Continuance" means a hearing was reset. "Motion" means a party asked the judge for an order. "Order" means the judge ruled or directed someone to act. "Arraignment" is a criminal hearing where charges and plea are addressed.
Dates should be read carefully. A filing date is not always a hearing date. A disposition date is not always the date a sentence was imposed. A payment link is not proof that every count is closed. For Camden County criminal dockets, bond, costs, restitution, and fine questions may be routed to the Circuit Clerk because that office handles those court financial functions.
Note: Same-day docket changes should be confirmed with the Circuit Clerk or issuing court before travel.
Restricted Camden County Dockets
Not every docket is open in the same way. Juvenile records are confidential under Missouri Rev. Stat. § 211.321. The public may see no docket, a limited docket, or a redacted entry depending on the matter and court rules.
Missouri's juvenile-record confidentiality statute is one reason Camden County court docket access can stop at the public boundary.
Juvenile case data generally requires statutory authority, party status, attorney authority, or a court order.
Other records may be sealed, expunged, adoption-related, mental-health-related, or partly restricted because they contain protected addresses, financial data, medical details, or minor child information. Protection-order dockets may show public events while shielding sensitive identifying data.
Probate and Estate Dockets
Probate dockets in Camden County are part of the Circuit Court system. Estate cases, small-estate affidavits, guardianships, conservatorships, claims, inventories, accountings, and orders may create docket entries. Public estate dockets are often easier to search than restricted guardianship material, because protected-person medical and financial details may be limited.
Missouri's small-estate affidavit statute gives legal context for one probate docket path that may appear in Camden County estate records.
Small-estate entries still belong to the court record access chain: Case.net first when public, then the Circuit Clerk for copies or file questions.
In-Person Docket Questions
The Camden County Circuit Clerk is the local office for docket questions that Case.net does not answer. Call with the case number, party name, case type, approximate filing date, and the hearing or docket entry in question. The Camden County government homepage confirms the Court Circle campus and county hours used for local office visits. For a certified copy, ask the clerk what document is needed, whether it is public, and how the copy can be requested.
